SHIPPING POLICY

All boards are Custom made and have an estimated turnaround of approximately 3-4 weeks to allow for manufacturing time in our facility in Tweed Heads.

You will receive email updates when your order is placed as well as tracking details once shipped.
​
Transit times are usually 2 business days for the east coast of Australia, 4-5 business days to Victoria and South Australia and 5 - 7 business days to WA.

Return & Exchange Policy
We will happily accept returns that have any manufacturing deflects within 7 days of ship date, providing the board is in as new unused condition. Once received and condition verified, you will receive a exchange. Please email us at info@milnesurf.com to arrange with us.
